About tmugivesblood
As an active student organization on campus, we are partnered with Canadian Blood Services to bring blood donation awareness to TMU! We run multiple events throughout the year, aimed to educate students about blood donation as well as facilitating opportunities for students to donate as part of the school community.
Tabling
Find us on campus at our regular tabling events! Talk to us about blood donation and other questions about Canadian Blood Services. Our volunteers are able to provide information about the nearest donation centre, the donation process, and serve as a point of contact for further questions to a representative at Canadian Blood Services.
Group Donations
We hold several group donations throughout the year and facilitate donating under our organization at the nearest donation centre. If you would like to be updated on our next group donation, sign up for an account on blood.ca and join our Partners for Life team using the portal:

Donating blood isn't the only way to get involved; by becoming a member of TMUGivesBlood, you will be an advocate for donation on TMU's campus. TMUGivesBlood is a team of passionate, likeminded students with a desire to help the community and create connections with the student body.We not only love to educate and help people, but we also love to have fun. Behind the scenes, our team takes on many creative projects to bring exciting special events to campus. We celebrate holidays and create special days, all in the name of blood donation!Helping out at our events is a unique way to gain volunteer experience, while having a direct impact on community wellbeing and student engagement.If you're interested in joining TMUGivesBlood, we hire roles for both general and executive members each fall and winter semester.
